- Published offers, such as airport transfers ZRH – Zurich City and long-distance destinations have a predefined price list.
- For individual services that cannot be calculated through our booking system, it is possible to contact Filip Petrjanos Transporte by email. After entering the customer’s details regarding the pick-up location, travel duration, or other specific services, an offer will be created. After confirmation, the customer will receive a written confirmation from Filip Petrjanos Transporte.
- All orders for journeys or additional services must be confirmed in writing by Filip Petrjanos Transporte.
- Changes during the journey that were not previously specified and calculated in writing are possible upon request and the passenger is obliged to confirm the service and its price with his signature.
- Changes to the previously agreed transport contract that result in greater financial or time expenditure for Filip Petrjanos Transporte than the previously agreed transport contract must be paid by the customer on the spot or the price difference will be added to the existing transport contract and added to the total cost of the transport.
- The transport price includes the costs for the motorway, fuel, the vehicle and the driver’s working time.
- The price does not include parking or accommodation for the driver. If the customer requires the driver’s presence for more than 9 hours and an overnight stay is necessary, the customer is obligated to inform the driver in advance if this occurs during the trip, or to inform the driver in writing during the processing of the transport order with Filip Petrjanos Transporte.
- Payment: Payment can be made up to 48 hours in advance on working days via the payment terminal on the website www.louislimousine.ch, or by bank transfer 14 days before the start of the trip. For orders placed 14 days or more before the start of the trip, the amount for the transport must be paid immediately on the day of the order by credit card or bank transfer to the Filip Petrjanos Transporte account. Upon receipt of payment, the customer will receive a payment confirmation.
- Cancellation: In case of cancellation 14 days before the start of the booked trip, the customer will receive a full refund less the necessary administration and bank or credit company fees.
- In case of cancellation 14 days before the start of the booked trip, 50% will be charged if cancellation is made 23 hours before the start of the trip.
- If you cancel 24 hours before the start of the trip, you will be charged 30% of the total amount.
- Filip Petrjanos Transporte recognizes that the customer’s wishes are not always decisive, but unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters or family reasons can also be decisive. As a small family business, we understand that many of the above examples are beyond the customer’s control. Therefore, we want to save our customers not only hassle but also money. Therefore, we ask our customers to contact our company as soon as possible in the event of circumstances leading to a cancellation to avoid unnecessary costs.
- Delays or failure to appear at the agreed place at the agreed time:
In these cases, the driver is obliged to contact the customer and if the delay is due, for example, to a flight delay or other circumstances that caused the delay, for example, when checking out of the hotel, the customer has one hour to contact the driver in order to board the vehicle.
- If the vehicle does not appear during this time without prior notification to the driver or Filip Petrjanos Transporte, our driver is entitled to leave the agreed pick-up location and the customer waives the right to a refund of the amount paid in advance for the transport.
- In case of delay of more than 1 hour and it is obvious that the customer was not able to contact the driver or Filip Petrjanos Transporte because the mobile network is not working, because he is inside the aircraft and the airline’s security measures do not allow the use of electronic devices on board during the flight or during takeoff and landing, the driver of our company is obliged to monitor the current flight status in the mobile application and adjust the arrival at the pick-up point accordingly, in order not to increase the cost of waiting in the airport arrivals area, but also to fulfill the obligations of our customers and ensure that they are transported to their destination.
- Filip Petrjanos Transporte is not liable for delays in landing, boarding or arrival at the destination caused by flight or check-in delays.
- The passenger is obligated at all times and under all circumstances to follow the driver’s instructions within the framework of road safety. This includes, for example, the obligation to wear a seatbelt while driving. Otherwise, Filip Petrjanos declines all liability for damages resulting from an accident or police check.
- The consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted in our company’s vehicles. However, if the customer’s condition or behavior under the influence of alcohol leads to improper behavior or destruction of Filip Petrjanos Transporte’s property, our driver has the right to refuse or interrupt the transport of that customer, and the customer will be charged in full for any damage or non-transportation.
- Any verbal or physical abuse of the driver by the customer will always be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and the customer will be held accountable.
- In case of problems or irregularities, the customer is obliged to clarify them, for example, by telephone with a person authorized by Filip Petrjanos Transporte at the specified telephone number or by email.
Price Info:
- The prices for transport include fuel costs, motorway tolls in Switzerland, parking fees at Zurich and Basel airports, the driver, insurance and all costs associated with the operation and maintenance of the vehicle, such as insurance and road tolls.
- Not included are the costs for the chauffeur’s overnight stay if this becomes necessary due to an unforeseen extension of the service that the customer did not inform our company in advance when booking the service.
- One bottle of water for each passenger is included in the price, and each passenger can receive up to three bottles of water upon request from the driver. Each additional bottle of water will be charged according to the current EXTRAS price list.
- Also included in the price are parking fees of up to CHF 10 if the customer is waiting for the vehicle during a business meeting or a tourist visit, e.g., in a city, and the presence of the vehicle and driver at the meeting point is required. Due to limited parking spaces, the driver may ask the customer to inform them of the pickup time so that the driver can park the vehicle at the nearest possible location and return to the pickup location quickly and on time.

The exact price can only be calculated after receiving all relevant information, taking into account the passage through toll tunnels or motorway sections, as well as the time required due to mandatory breaks and daily rest periods, which may require overnight stays for our drivers. In this context, we need to know in advance your travel schedule, exact addresses, and other specific requirements. For this reason, the price displayed in the automatic booking engine applies only to the journey from the address you provide to the destination address. The final price can therefore vary considerably depending on your requirements and is always presented to the customer in a detailed estimate for approval before being invoiced.
