The recipe for Christoffel Ur-Rötali has been a closely guarded family secret for over 100 years. However, it is an open secret that we do not use any additives. Each of our Bündner Premium Röteli is pure nature and contains no additives of any kind - this also applies to colourings and flavourings.

With the creation of this Rötali, the family has created a flavour profile whose nuances and aromas are based on a selection of the finest ingredients.
Christoffel Rötali is made with pure mountain spring water, which was already used by the forefathers of Rötali production. Everything is blended with fine brandy and high-quality spices to create a unique flavour profile.
Rötali gets its deep red colour and irresistibly fruity aroma from hand-picked Swiss cherries and pure, natural ingredients as well as HAND PROCESSING.
