- Filip Petrjanos Transporte is in possession of a passenger transport licence issued by the competent authority, which allows it to provide such services. Licence number: V12734
- Published offers, such as airport transfer ZRH - Zurich City as well as long-distance destinations have a predefined price list.
- For individual services that cannot be calculated via our booking system, it is possible to contact Filip Petrjanos Transporte by e-mail, where an offer will be prepared after entering the customer's details regarding pick-up location, journey duration or other specific services and the customer will receive a written confirmation from Filip Petrjanos Transporte after confirmation.
- All orders for journeys or additional services must be confirmed in writing by Filip Petrjanos Transporte.
- Changes during the journey that have not been specified and calculated in the previous written form are possible on request and the passenger is obliged to confirm the service and its price with his signature.
- Any changes to the previously agreed contract of carriage that require Filip Petrjanos Transporte to spend more money or time than the previously agreed contract of carriage shall be paid by the customer on the spot or the difference in price shall be added to the existing contract of carriage and added to the total amount of the carriage.
- The transport price includes the cost of the motorway, fuel, the vehicle and the driver's working time.
- The price does not include the cost of parking or accommodation for the driver. If the customer requires the driver's presence for more than 9 hours and an overnight stay is necessary, the customer is obliged to inform the driver in advance if this occurs during the journey, or to inform the driver in writing during the processing of the transport order at Filip Petrjanos Transporte.
- Payment: Payment can be made on working days up to 48 hours in advance via the payment terminal on the website www.louislimousine.ch or 14 days before the start of the journey by bank transfer. If the order is placed 14 days or more before the start of the journey, the amount for the transport must be paid immediately on the day of the order by credit card or bank transfer to the account of Filip Petrjanos Transporte. Upon receipt of payment, the customer will receive a payment confirmation.
- Cancellation: In the event of cancellation 14 days before the start of the booked trip, the customer will be refunded the full amount minus the necessary administration and bank or credit company costs.
- In the event of cancellation 14 days before the start of the booked trip, 50% will be charged for cancellations made 23 hours before the start of the trip.
- In the event of cancellation 24 hours before the start of the journey, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
- Filip Petrjanos Transports recognises that it is not always the customer's will that is the deciding factor, but also unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or family reasons. As a small family business, we understand that many of the above examples are out of the customer's control and therefore we want to save our customers not only trouble but also money and therefore ask our customers to contact our company as soon as possible in case of circumstances that lead to a cancellation in order to avoid unnecessary costs.
- Delays or non-appearance at the agreed place at the agreed time:
In these cases, the driver is obliged to contact the customer and if the delay is due to, for example, a flight delay or other circumstances that caused the delay, e.g. when checking out at the hotel, the customer has one hour to report to board the vehicle.
- If the vehicle does not appear during this time without prior notice to the driver or Filip Petrjanos Transporte, our driver is entitled to leave the agreed pick-up location and the customer waives the right to a refund of the amount paid in advance for the transport.
- In case of a delay of more than 1 hour and it is obvious that the customer was not able to contact the driver or Filip Petrjanos Transporte because the mobile network is not working, because he is on the aircraft and the airline's security measures do not allow the use of electronic devices on board during the flight or during take-off and landing, The driver of our company is obliged to monitor the current flight status in the mobile application and adjust the arrival at the pick-up point accordingly in order not to increase the cost of waiting in the arrival area of the airport, but also to fulfil the obligations of our customers and ensure that they are transported to their destination.
- Filip Petrjanos Transporte is not liable for delays in landing, boarding or arrival at the destination caused by delays in the flight or check-in.
- Passengers are obliged at all times and under all circumstances to follow the driver's instructions in the context of road safety. This includes, for example, the obligation to wear a seatbelt during the journey. Otherwise, Filip Petrjanos accepts no liability for any damage caused in the event of an accident or a police check.
- The consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted in our company's vehicles, however, should the customer's condition or behaviour under the influence of alcohol lead to disorderly conduct or destruction of Filip Petrjanos Transporte's property, our driver is entitled to refuse or interrupt the transport of this customer and the damage or denial of transport will be charged to the customer in full.
- Any verbal or physical abuse of the driver by the customer will always be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and the customer will be held accountable.
- In the event of problems or irregularities, the customer is obliged to clarify these, e.g. by telephone with a person authorised by Filip Petrjanos Transporte at the telephone number provided or by e-mail.
Price Info:
- The prices for transport include fuel costs, motorway tolls in Switzerland, parking fees at Zurich and Basel airports, the driver, insurance and all costs associated with the operation and maintenance of the vehicle, such as insurance and road tolls.
- Not included are the costs for the overnight stay of the chauffeur if this becomes necessary due to an unforeseen extension of the service that the customer did not inform our company of in advance when booking the service.
- One bottle of water for each passenger is included in the price and each passenger can receive up to 3 bottles of water at the driver's request. Each additional bottle of water will be charged according to the current EXTRAS price list.
- Also included in the price are parking fees up to CHF 10 if the customer is waiting for the vehicle during a business meeting or a tourist visit, e.g. in a city, and the presence of the vehicle and the driver at the meeting point is required. Due to limited parking facilities, the driver may ask the customer to inform him of the pick-up time so that the driver can park the vehicle at the nearest possible location and return to the pick-up location quickly and on time.

The exact price can only be calculated after receiving all relevant information, taking into account the passage of toll tunnels or motorway sections, as well as the time the journey will take due to mandatory breaks and daily rest periods, which may require our drivers to stay overnight. In this context, we need to know in advance the schedule of your journey, the exact addresses and other specific requirements. For this reason, the price displayed in the automatic booking engine is only valid for the journey from the address you specify to the destination address. The final price can therefore vary greatly depending on your requirements and will always be presented to the customer in a detailed quote for approval before being invoiced to the customer.
